The home is well appointed with all the comforts of home and WiFi connectivity for all of your devices. Central Air Conditioning, Radiant Heat, Gas Fireplace, Open Concept Living Dining and Kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, built in microwave and coffee station. Enjoy sunrise on the 40 foot farmers porch or from the fire pit with views of Decker Cove. Walk along the quiet tree lined street in the morning to watch the swing bridge operate on the 1/2 hour and hour in summer months and photograph the osprey nest high atop the bridge!

Guests have access to entire 3 bed, 3 bath home and loft bonus space with Murphy bed (if needed) as well as laundry on the first floor, front yard, fire pit area and hard top gazebo with dining table and seating for day and night enjoyment. Property has plenty of parking for cars or truck with trailered boat!
