The Cottage

Enjoy the tranquility of a cozy cottage on beautiful Southport Island just minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor. Radiant heat in floors makes this a perfect retreat for a fall winter or spring getaway. Boothbay Region has a lot to offer in our off seasons. Gardens Aglow at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is a must attend event for families to enjoy. Many restaurants and shops remain open year round.

Built in 2020, The cottage is brand new, with radiant heat on both 1st and 2nd floor. King Select Comfort bed in master bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has queen bed and sitting area, fold away dining table for four in the eat in kitchen, gas range with gas oven, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, farmers porch on the front to enjoy the fall, winter and spring air. Enjoy coffee on the porch in any season.

Guests will have access to entire two bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom cottage with ample parking for two vehicles in front of the home.
